Mayo (Biff) Hadden III

Biff Hadden has over twenty years experience in Economic/Business Development, in Project Management / Project Director / BD, strategic and growth planning, building teaming relationships, company / product development, and management of budgets and personnel.  Prior to that, over 30 years of active federal service in the Army, in positions involving operations, goal setting, managing personnel to mission accomplishment, program development and strategic planning.

Ronald R. Reichelderfer
U.S. Army Colonel (Ret)

Ron Reichelderfer is an expert in national security policy formulation, strategy development and joint, multinational, and interagency wargaming. When in uniform, Mr. Reichelderfer served as a senior strategist to the Chief of Staff of the Army and the Deputy Secretary of Defense. He currently directs the Global Strategy Group which has been designing, building, facilitating and analyzing wargames and experiments for the US Departments of State and Defense and the US agency for International Development for more than a decade. In 2011, Mr. Reichelderfer led the team that designed and facilitated one of the largest wargames in NATO's history - Countering Hybrid Threats (NATO-CHT). Mr. Reichelderfer also leads the Public-Private Technology Exchange (PPTE), a public-private cooperative forum with representatives from Department of State, Department of Defense, the Intelligence Community and industry, working together to explore leading-edge technology to better address rapidly evolving global security challenges.

Jeff Pfannerstill
Intelligence Analyst

Jeff Pfannerstill has over twenty three years experience as a security leader in both the public and prvate sector. Mr Pfannerstill has held positions with SRA International as a Senior Irregular Warfare Analyst / CALEB Analyst, with the Federal Bureau of Investigations as a Task Force Agent on the Violent Gang Task Force and multiple positions within the Winter Park Police department to include Field Training Officer, Special Operations, K-9 and Special Investigations.

Mr. Pfannerstill is an expert in Geo-Political Issues, Anti-Terrorism, Global Economic Threats and Scenario Development.
